SQUADS B.V. (hereinafter referred to as: SQUADS) is the online marketplace for on-demand teams. Since 2013, we’ve been connecting great teams to many intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs that are looking to build or scale innovative digital products.
We offer Squads of vetted software developers, experienced designers and growth hacking specialists that work as a seamless extension of your company. Squads has produced this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to respecting your privacy and personal data. SQUADS is a company, formed in 2013, with its focus and expertise to bringing together
software developers, designers and growth hacking specialists in order to work for our
Customers. SQUADS’s head office is located at Weteringschans 165C, 1017 XD,
Amsterdam, The Netherlands and registered at the Chamber of Commerce under number KvK: 64985636.
This privacy Statement is applicable for:
our clients and for all the persons we have been in contact with;
visitors to our website;
all of those who have received our newsletter other mailings;
all the persons whose personal data we process.
We process the following Personal Data:
basic information like your first and family name, title, gender, company details and/or your role in the organisation;
contact details like mail address, (mobile) phone number, e-mail address;
additional information like ID-Number, date of birth, nationality and marital state;

This information will be retained for three years after your last communication with us. It may be necessary to share your Personal Data with third parties. This may occur in the following situations:
We use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone.
We use Meta Pixel to optimize digital campaigns through the Meta platform. We use LinkedIn Insight Tag to optimize digital LinkedIn campaigns.
We do not make, and do not allow Google, Meta, and LinkedIn to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
We use HubSpot to track forms submitted through the website and to store and process the data submitted through the contact form.
We use data storage services provided by mongodb.com and email services provided by Mandrill. The data is physically held within the European Union and is not transferred outside the European Union. Data will not be used for the purpose of automated decision making.

We us external parties who are assisting us with certain services like developers, software programmers or engineers, hosting partners and those who process data for salary or social security reasons.
SQUADS will not give or sell your personal data to any outside organisation for that
organisation’s own use without your consent. We may team up with the aforementioned
developers and specialists to enable us to provide the required services to you during which we will use this data, but you will be expressly asked to opt-in to this new processing beforehand.
SQUADS may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to a) conform with the law, or; b) protect and defend the rights or (IP) property of SQUADS, the site or the users of SQUADS’ sites.
We will retain your personal data until you have not communicated with us for 3 (three)
years. In job application procedures we will keep your data until 4 (four) weeks after the
finalisation of the specific procedure. In case we desire to keep your data for future job
applications we ask for your permission and will not retain your information longer than 1
(one) year. We securely delete personal information as soon as requested by the customer.
The accuracy of your information is important to us. To review or to correct/edit the
information in our database, please contact us
SQUADS uses cookies to ensure that we give you the best experience on our website. We
can also use these cookies to record how often you visit the site and the areas you visit
